As part of the initial consultation process, we have made available a brief Issues Paper – intended to prompt thinking about the COBCOP, but not to constrain stakeholder input. All constructive feedback is welcome, although it should be noted that the Review’s ability to recommend change will be limited to matters that the COBCOP can cover itself.
